1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with
- The return request is submitted within the eligible period
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation number) is provided
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or partially used, or where the original packaging has been damaged through no fault of ours.
